Everyone is Irish on St Patty's Day - Mostly to avoid the pinch! We enjoyed some delicious corned beef and cabbage. I've never actually had that meal until this year and surprisingly, I really like it. There's nothing like topping off the day with green clover sugar cookies. We hope everyone had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day.

Well hello there. Glad you guys found us. Who'd a thought we'd all be bloggers someday? I still haven't had the corned beef and cabbage or whatever. Plus I forgot my green that day. I still haven't figured out what St. Patrick's Day is all about. Guess I better try the beef and cabbage.
