Here's the moment you've all been waiting for. Daxton Luke Nesbit is here! He was born November 1st - so today is his 1 week birthday. It was a long labor (almost 19 hours) but thank goodness for epidurals! He was 8 pounds 6 ounces and 19.5 inches long. I never would've guessed I was carrying something that big in my belly!
We are so happy he is here! He is such a great and happy baby. We are all still getting used to each other and eventually we'll have it all figured out. He sleeps pretty good and usually wakes up every 3 hours for some food. He makes the cutest little grunting noises.

He is so darling. I am surprised at all the dark hair though. I'm glad it's all over and you finally have him there with you (out). Rest when you can. You'll figure it all out soon enough (then he'll change everything you think you've figured out).
